保安三年十二月廿一日以興福寺圓如房之本移點已了。法隆寺僧覺印為令法久住、往生極樂也。本者皆點本也，以朱付左，借名所所，或本也。

On the twenty-first day of the twelfth month in the third year of Hōan [1122 CE], collating and punctuation from the master copy of Ennyobō of Kōfuku-ji was completed. [Carried out by] monk Kakuin of Hōryū-ji for the long endurance of the Dharma and rebirth in Sukhāvatī. The originals were all punctuated exemplars; with vermilion placed on the left, borrowing names here and there, or other exemplars.
