贊曰：此記滅後。有四：一法住，二起塔，三供養，四利益。

The Commentary says: This is the prophecy regarding what follows his parinirvāṇa. There are four aspects: first, the dwelling of the Dharma; second, the erection of stūpas; third, making offerings; fourth, the benefits.
