贊曰：初一頌半住處、深智，後二頌結成我化。於此伽耶處所，昔來所化，非今現在伽耶。如言常在靈山，非山常在，在山處故。此城亦爾。

Commentary: The first verse and a half concern their dwelling place and profound wisdom; the latter two verses conclude by establishing them as my transformations. In this place of Gayā, those who were transformed by me from the past are not the Gayā of the present. Just as it is said that he is always on Vulture Peak, it is not that the mountain always endures, but because he is at the place of the mountain. This city is also like this.
