贊曰：下佛廣釋。分二：初告報身成道實久，後「諸善男子於是中間」下告化身釋彼疑難。初文有二：初明成道來劫，後明恒所住處。此初。有二：初標明告，後釋劫多。

Eulogy: Below is the Buddha's extensive explanation. It is divided into two: first, telling that the reward body's attainment of the Way is truly ancient; second, from "Good sons, during this interim..." downward, telling of the transformation body to resolve their doubts and difficulties. The first text has two parts: first, clarifying the kalpas since attaining the Way; second, clarifying where he constantly abides. This is the first, having two parts: first, stating clearly the proclamation; second, explaining that the kalpas are numerous.
