贊曰：此悲感依教惑苦皆除。加行諦觀名為醒悟，入聖依服惑苦皆除。「毒」喻煩惱，「病」喻眾苦。

The Commentary says: This is relying on the teaching with grief, so that delusion and suffering are completely eliminated. Contemplating with preparatory effort is called "awakening"; entering the noble state and taking [the medicine] in reliance [on the teaching], delusion and suffering are completely eliminated. "Poison" signifies afflictions; "illness" signifies all sufferings.
