9.505

贊曰：十二得聖見佛喻。若令得聖二乘無學而見佛者，入變易生死，見佛化身淨土久住，義同來歸而令彼見。或為地前得入十地報土見佛，此雖化佛上位階降，理准亦爾。

The Commentary says: The twelfth is the parable of attaining the noble state and seeing the Buddha. If those of the two vehicles who have attained the noble state of non-learning see the Buddha, entering birth and death of change, and seeing the transformation body of the Buddha abiding for a long time in the pure land, this is identical in meaning to "returning and causing them to see him." Or, it means entering the ten stages from before the stages and seeing the Buddha in the reward land. Although this concerns the transformation Buddha, the hierarchy of higher stages should also be understood accordingly.
