贊曰：下三頌無緣不見、有緣得見。分二：初一無緣不見，後二有緣得見。此初也。有惑、業、報、法四障故，不聞三寶名。有三障名罪眾生，業障名惡業。

The Commentary says: The following three verses concern not being seen where there are no conditions and being seen where there are conditions. They are divided into two parts: first, one verse on not being seen where there are no conditions; second, two verses on being seen where there are conditions. This is the first. Because there are the four obstacles of affliction, karma, retributive fruition, and phenomena, they do not hear the name of the Three Jewels. Possessing three obstacles makes them called "sinful sentient beings"; the karmic obstacle is called "evil karma."
