贊曰：下五頌半明能信者，分三：一頌信者，三頌發願，一半結成。發願有二：一總，二別此。初二也。

The Eulogy says: The five and a half verses below clarify those who are capable of faith; they are divided into three parts: one verse on the faithful, three verses on generating vows, and one half-verse on concluding confirmation. Generating vows has two aspects: first, general; second, specific. These are the first two.
