贊曰：下廣釋。有二：初釋則為起塔供養，後釋則為造僧坊供養。此初也。有三：一量，二具，三時。是人定超於欲界故，且舉極小至於梵天。微能行者善根小故，舉小為喻，內法供養勝外財故。

The Eulogy says: Below is the extensive explanation. It has two parts: first, explaining how it is equivalent to erecting a stūpa and making offerings; second, explaining how it is equivalent to building monastic quarters and making offerings. This is the first. It has three aspects: first, dimensions; second, requisites; third, duration. Because this person will certainly transcend the desire realm, the text tentatively raises an extremely small scale extending to the Brahmā heaven. Because the good roots of one who can practice only slightly are small, a small [scale] is raised as an analogy, since inner offerings of the Dharma surpass outer material wealth.
