我以佛眼觀，佛有五眼云佛眼觀。此之五眼，略以五門分別：一出體，二釋名，三得人，四廢立，五相攝。

"I observe with the buddha eye": the Buddha possesses the five eyes, and it is said that he observes with the buddha eye. These five eyes are briefly analyzed through five headings: first, identifying the essence; second, explaining the names; third, the persons who attain them; fourth, reasons for establishing or omitting; fifth, mutual subsumption.
