：彼師通曰：諸一乘教所說諸文，皆為護彼不定性者，皆是方便。故不相違。《法花論》文及《寶性論》亦為述後方便教意，《智度論》文說「阿羅漢生淨土」者，是約不定種性聲聞。由是道理，亦不相違。

Answer: That master resolves it, saying: 'All the passages expounded in the various Ekayāna teachings are all for the sake of protecting those of indeterminate gotra, and are all upāya; therefore they do not conflict. The texts of the Saddharmapuṇḍarīkopadeśa and the Ratnagotravibhāga also convey the intention of the later upāya teachings, and the statement in the Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa that "arhats are born in pure lands" is said with respect to śrāvakas of aniyata-gotra. By this principle, there is also no conflict.'
