問：若爾，則無感應。答：聖人以平等無住法不住感，以四悉檀隨機應爾。

Question: If so, then there is no stimulus and response. Answer: The sage, through the equal, unlocated dharma, does not abide in stimulus; through the four siddhāntas, [the sage] responds accordingly depending on capacity.
