問：大意云色由心造，全體是心。何教文云心由色造，全體是色？又《義例》說「心具三千」，是於無情立佛乘義，亦是心攝，何關色邪？

Question: The Great Meaning says that form is created by mind and is wholly mind. In what scriptural text does it say that mind is created by form and is wholly form? Furthermore, the Yili says that "the mind includes the three thousand" establishes the meaning of the Buddha vehicle for insentient things, which is also subsumed by mind; what does it have to do with form?
