Answer: Take, for example, parents whose affection for their children is deep, who possess great wisdom and ability, and are endowed with great power: when all their children are in distress, they can deliver them all at once. The bodhisattva is also like this: the compassion without conditions is profound, the dual wisdoms of the provisional and real are deep, the noble wealth is immeasurable, and the power of supernatural penetration is vast; though the ten realms are manifold, the capacity to respond is more than ample. The "Comfortable Conduct" chapter states: "Endowed with the great power of patience and the jewel treasury of wisdom, with great compassion one transforms the world in accordance with the Dharma." It has precisely this meaning. Furthermore, just as a poisonous dragon, through karmic retribution, can still view everything pervasively with a single eye, and all that it gazes upon die, how much more so with the bodhisattva whose wisdom of all aspects is perfectly luminous? Moreover, it is like a lodestone, and also akin to a clear mirror. It is also the power of the Wang Samādhi, simultaneously benefiting all beings in ten turns; this meaning is fully set forth in the *Great Text's Profound Meaning*.
