七、明八部者，上列大威德天，今更舉二十八天等，或可星宿掌人間者也。

Seventh, explaining the eight classes [of beings]: above, the gods of great majestic virtue were listed; now the twenty-eight heavens and so forth are further raised, or perhaps the constellations that manage the human realm.
