The commentary says: This is the fourth [section], a question-and-answer dispelling views of superimposition and deprecation. That is to say, practitioners still think like this: the mind entering contemplation grasps the signless principle and abandons the matters of various signs. To dispel this view of superimposition, it is said that it "neither accepts nor rejects." Or they think like this: when entering contemplation, there is absolutely no dharma in which to abide, nor is there a mind that can abide; in this way it would not be different from complete non-existence. To remove this view of deprecation, it is said that it "abides in non-mind, abides in non-dharma." Although it is not an abiding, neither is it a non-abiding; because it is not a non-abiding, it can be called abiding.
