The commentary says: This is the second [part], elucidating the complete cultivation of the six perfections. "One who cultivates the dharma of emptiness" repeats the preceding empty and quiescent mind. Below, it separately clarifies the possession of the six perfections. Because one does not rely on the three realms, one possesses the perfection of giving; because one does not abide in the characteristics of precepts, one possesses the perfection of morality; because one is pure and thoughtless, one possesses the perfection of patience; because one is without holding back or letting loose, one possesses [the perfection of] vigor; because one's nature is equal to vajra, one possesses [the perfection of] meditation; because one does not destroy the Three Jewels, one possesses [the perfection of] wisdom. Why is this? Only the single contemplating mind, illuminating everywhere and worthy of standard, cuts off all disputes and thus fully possesses the Three Jewels; because the meaning of the Three Jewels is established, it says "not destroying." Only the single empty mind, without distinct operations, possesses the six perfections; hence it says "with the empty mind unmoving, possessing the six pāramitās."
