論曰：上二句者安空理離有結，下二句者靜三業泯身心，皆是無生法忍之義。即是上言清淨無念。

The treatise says: The upper two lines mean abiding in the principle of emptiness and leaving behind the fetters of existence. The lower two lines mean stilling the three karmas and extinguishing body and mind. Both express the meaning of the forbearance of the non-arising of dharmas. This is precisely what was referred to above as 'pure and without thoughts'.
