The treatise says: Below this is the second [section], an overarching explanation. Within it there are two: first, explaining that the six perfections share the same liberation; next, revealing that liberation is precisely nirvāṇa. In the first, as for 'all obtain the original benefit and enter into the determinate nature', the initial practice of the six perfections is entirely identical with innate awakening, because innate awakening manifests to accomplish the practice of original benefit. Entering the tathāgatagarbha, its nature is originally quiescent, without beginning and without end, and without change or transformation. Because the six perfections thus obtain the original benefit, they leave far behind the signs of the transmigration of delusive thoughts; hence it is said, 'transcendently go beyond the world'. Because they enter the dharma-nature, they pervade the dharma-realm; they are signless, unconditioned, unbound, and unfreed; hence it is called 'unhindered liberation'.
