論曰：此下第二廣說。於中有二：先請、後說。請中有二：先序人儀、後明發言。序有二句：一依時表人。解脫菩薩者，令諸眾生同一解脫故，寄能問人表所說法故。二序禮儀，如經即從座起等故。

The treatise says: Below this is the second part, the extensive explanation. In this there are two: first, the request; second, the preaching. In the request there are two: first, the prologue to the person's demeanor; second, the clarification of his utterance. The prologue has two phrases: first, expressing the person according to the occasion. The Bodhisattva Mukti is named because he causes all sentient beings to share the same liberation, using the person capable of questioning to express the dharma that is preached. Second, the prologue to the ritual demeanor, as indicated by the sūtra's "arose from his seat," and so forth.
