1.52

經曰　佛言：「菩薩一切心相本來無本，本無本處空寂無生，若心無生即入空寂，空寂心地即得心空。善男子！無相之心無心無我，一切法相亦復如是。」

The sūtra says: The Buddha said: "Bodhisattva, all marks of mind originally have no origin; the place where there is originally no origin is empty, quiescent, and without arising. If the mind is without arising, it enters emptiness and quiescence; on the empty and quiescent mind-ground, one then attains the mind's emptiness. Good son, the signless mind is without mind and without self; the marks of all phenomena are also like this."
