論曰：此是大分第四時眾得益。言大眾者，是大乘眾。悟菩提者，悟入一地菩提心故。諸小眾者，謂聲聞眾，得入三種真如門故。

The treatise says: This is the fourth major division: the assembly at that time obtaining benefit. Stating 'the great assembly' refers to the Mahāyāna assembly. 'Awakened to bodhi' means they awakened and entered the bodhicitta of the first bhūmi. 'The various members of the lesser assembly' refers to the śrāvaka assembly, because they attained entrance to the three kinds of gateways to thusness.
