論曰：此下第二以偈讚說。於中有二：先序、後頌。聞如是言者，聞此一品之內佛言也。
The treatise states: From here below is the second [part], praise in verse. In this there are two: first the preface, then the verses. "Having heard such words" means having heard the words of the Buddha within this single chapter.
