論曰：此是第三時眾得益。地前凡夫聞說此品，能得初地無生忍故。
The treatise states: This is the third [part], the assembly at that time obtaining benefit. Because ordinary beings prior to the bhūmis, upon hearing the explanation of this chapter, are able to attain the forbearance of the non-arising [of dharmas] of the first bhūmi.
