經曰 「因緣無不生，不生故不滅，因緣執為有，如採空中華，猶取石女子，畢竟不可得。」
The sūtra states: / 'Conditioning causes are never not unarisen; / being unarisen, they are therefore unceasing. / Grasping conditioning causes as existent / is like plucking flowers in the sky, / or trying to take the child of a barren woman; / ultimately, it can never be attained.'
