經曰　爾時地藏菩薩言：「一切諸法無生無滅，云何不一？」於是尊者而說偈言：「法住處無在，相數空故無，名說二與法，是即能所取。」

The sūtra states: At that time, Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva said, 'All dharmas are without arising and without ceasing; how can they not be one?' Thereupon, the Venerable One spoke a verse, saying: 'The place where dharmas abide is nowhere present; / because characteristics and numbers are empty, they are nonexistent. / The dual of name and utterance, along with dharmas: / these are the grasper and the grasped.'
