經曰　佛言：「如是。何以故？是人真觀，觀一寂滅，相與不相等以空取，以修空故不失見佛，以見佛故不順三流。」

The sūtra says: The Buddha said, "It is so. Why is this? This person practices true contemplation, contemplating the one quiescence and cessation, apprehending equally with emptiness both signs and non-signs; because of cultivating emptiness, he does not lose sight of the Buddha; because of seeing the Buddha, he does not follow along with the three currents."
