一釋名者，佛者化主，昇者上進，須彌者妙高山，頂者居勝尊上也。問：何故此下四會在天說者？答：德行位成，除障淨勝，故在天說耳。此答前十住位問也。

First, explaining the title: "Buddha" is the master of conversion; "ascent" means advancing upward; "Sumeru" is the mountain of wondrous height; "peak" means dwelling atop the superior and exalted. Question: Why are the four assemblies from this point downward spoken in the heavens? Answer: Because the stages of virtuous practice are accomplished and hindrances are eliminated, pure and superior, they are therefore spoken in the heavens. This answers the previous question regarding the stages of the ten abodes.
