四辨文者，此下二品心王自說者，為命處不定，隨心成故也。亦可唯因位有種種義自在也，即壽於無壽也。此中何故舉果土？此為舉處，取能修行人，故下云「普賢充滿其中」也。此文有三：初總告、二舉所依土、三「普賢」下辨能修入因行也。第二文中，初略十土、二廣校量耳。

Fourth, distinguishing the text: That the following two chapters are spoken by Mind King himself is because the location of lifespan is not fixed, being accomplished in accordance with mind. Alternatively, it is only in the causal stage that there are various meanings functioning with sovereignty; that is, lifespan within non-lifespan. Why are fruition lands cited here? This is to present the place to take those who can cultivate; hence it says below: "Samantabhadra fills them completely." This text has three parts: first, general proclamation; second, presenting the lands relied upon; third, distinguishing the causal practices of cultivating and entering from "Samantabhadra" onward. In the second text, first, briefly, ten lands; second, broadly measuring them.
