三宗。此品三身內以法身為宗。若體相用以分，即果德自體為宗。亦可初體、次相、後用，約三身通此三耳。

Third, the central theme. Within the three bodies, this chapter takes the dharmakāya as its central theme. If distinguished by essence, characteristics, and function, it takes the essence of the fruit's virtues as its central theme. It may also be that the first [chapter] is essence, the next is characteristics, and the last is function; with reference to the three bodies, these three permeate throughout.
