4.78

一釋名者，行周法界云普，體順調善稱賢。菩薩是人，行者明因，行體從二義得名。

First, as for explaining the title: practice pervading the dharmadhātu is called 'universal' (samanta); essence according with harmony and goodness is called 'auspicious' (bhadra). Bodhisattva is the person; practice clarifies the cause; the essence of practice derives its name from these two meanings.
