一釋名者，離者行體淨義也。世間者所離之法。世者時，聞者中，但在時中者名世間也。

First, explaining the title: "Leaving" signifies the purity of the essence of practice. "World" is the dharma that is departed from. "Shi" (world/generation) means time; "jian" (interval/within) means middle or within: whatever exists only within time is called "world".
