First, explaining the title. "Buddha" is the master of transformation. "Ascending" means advancing upward. "Yama" is the heaven of good divisions of time (yāma), and is also called playful delight. It is called "heaven" (deva) due to brightness. "Sovereign mastery" means roaming through space without obstruction. In terms of practice, it can be understood by analogy; namely, it answers the inquiry into the ten practices above.
