1.119

八同體相即義，謂前一緣所具多一，亦有有體無體義，故亦相即。以多一無體，由本一成，多即一也。由本一有體能作多，令一攝多。如一有多空既爾，多有一空亦然。餘義餘句，竝准前思之。

Eighth is the meaning of mutual identity within the same substance: the many onenesses possessed by the aforementioned single condition also have the meaning of possessing substance and lacking substance, and therefore are also mutually identical. Because the many onenesses lack substance and are accomplished through the fundamental one, the many are identical to the one. Because the fundamental one possesses substance and can produce the many, it causes the one to gather the many. Just as the one has [substance] and the many are empty, so too the many have [substance] and the one is empty. The remaining meanings and propositions are all to be judged according to what was said before.
