第三明攝眷屬。此十願中，一一各攝百千萬阿僧祇諸大願，故云諸佛子乃至阿僧祇大願也。
Third, explaining the inclusion of retinue. Within these ten vows, each and every one embraces hundreds of thousands of myriads of asaṃkhyeyas of great vows; hence it says "sons of the Buddha, down to asaṃkhyeyas of great vows."
