13.32

三約大悲分別者，謂邪見眾生執顛倒因內，自在天為眾生因，甚為可愍。今此文中，顯無明作行等故，對治彼執，故為因觀也。

Third, regarding the differentiation in terms of great compassion: sentient beings with wrong views cling to inverted causes, taking Maheśvara as the cause of sentient beings, which is deeply pitiable. Now in this text, it reveals that ignorance produces volitional formations, etc., in order to remedy that clinging; hence it is the contemplation of causes.
