三約大悲分別者，論名異道求解脫。內對治苦行因，謂邪苦行但是煩惱業妄想因故、非樂因故，如經是中無明愛等。

Third, regarding the differentiation in terms of great compassion, the treatise calls it 'seeking liberation through heterodox paths.' Internally it remedies the cause of ascetic practices; that is, heterodox ascetic practices are merely the causes of afflictions, karma, and false conceptualization, not the causes of bliss, as in the sūtra: 'therein ignorance, craving,' etc.
