15.17

第二「菩薩摩訶薩」下結歎顯勝。於中三：初歎勝，一過人天、二越世間、三超二乘、四踰下地，此四形劣辨勝；五總三業、六別舉定、七顯智用，此三當相辨勝；八唯佛方窮。二「佛子」下結。三「此菩薩」下顯業用，謂得三世佛智明，非謂是三明也。十明品竟。

Second, from 'the bodhisattva mahāsattva' onward, concluding in praise and revealing superiority. Within this, there are three [parts]: first, praising superiority: (1) surpassing humans and devas, (2) going beyond the worldly, (3) transcending the two vehicles, (4) outstripping the lower bhūmis—these four discern superiority by contrasting with the inferior; (5) summarizing the three karmas, (6) specifically adducing concentration, (7) revealing the function of wisdom—these three discern superiority according to their actual marks; (8) only Buddhas can fully exhaust it. Second, from 'O son of the Buddha' onward, concluding. Third, from 'this bodhisattva' onward, revealing karmic function, meaning attaining the clarity of the wisdom of the Buddhas of the three times, not meaning the three clarities. The Chapter on the Ten Clarities is finished.
