初釋名者，謂妙用自在，委照稱明；明用無限，寄圓辨十，即帶數釋也。

First, explaining the title: wonderful function is sovereign, and detailed illumination is called clarity; the functions of clarity are boundless, and drawing upon completeness, ten are distinguished, which is an explanation retaining the number.
