17.11

第三起分，以三昧事訖故、說時至故、定無言說故，是起也。安祥者，審諦之狀，謂從定起已，念不亂故，云安祥也。

Third, the section on rising [from samādhi]: because the affair of the samādhi is finished, because the time for expounding has arrived, and because there is no speech in meditative absorption, he rises. 'Serenely' is the appearance of careful examination; meaning that after rising from meditative absorption, mindfulness is not disordered, hence it says 'serenely'.
