19.31

第七無著行知識中，初舉法勸修內，城名滿幢者，方便境備，勝出為名。王名滿足者，善巧智圓，違順自在，故以其王復表斯號。

Regarding the good friend of the seventh practice, non-attachment: first, within adducing the Dharma to encourage cultivation, the city named Full Banner (Samantamukha / Pūrṇadhvaja): upāya and spheres being complete and surpassing is the meaning of the name. The king named Contentment (Anala): skillful wisdom being complete, sovereign in both adverse and favorable conditions; therefore, using the king again represents this title.
