第九幻智誠語門知識內，初中聚落名法者，在此弘法故、表此即法故。尸毘最勝者，梵本具言名達磨濕毘阿羯。達磨云法，濕毘云空營，謂如軍眾去後空營之所也。阿羯云最上，應云最上法空營。營則是聚落處也，從處以立人名。

Within the ninth spiritual friend of the gate of true-word illusory wisdom: in the first, the settlement is named Dharma because he propagates the Dharma here, and to signify that this is itself the Dharma. Śivi-agrya: the Sanskrit text in full says *Dharmaśivi-agra*. *Dharma* means Dharma; *śivi* means empty encampment, referring to a place left as an empty camp after an army has departed. *Agra* means supreme; it should be rendered "Supreme Dharma Empty Encampment." The encampment is the location of the settlement; the person is named after the place.
