Second, within the fruits accomplished, there are two parts: first, explaining this primary world; later, distinguishing and concluding its universal applicability. In the former, there are three: (1) showing the original world as the place of support; (2) from "above this fragrant water ocean there is a world-nature dwelling" below, explaining the next tier to show miscellaneous world-natures; (3) from "the fragrant water ocean named Joyful Light" below, distinguishing further twelve Buddha lands and seven world-natures. However, regarding the sphere of salvific transformation of this fundamental teacher Buddha, the scope and limits explained in various teachings are not identical. In the Small Vehicle, there is only this one Sahā world. In the three vehicles, there are two: (1) the transformed sphere of the nirmāṇakāya, meaning this Sahā, etc.; (2) the transformed sphere of the other-enjoyment body, meaning the eighteen-fold perfected pure land, etc. In terms of the One Vehicle, it is the transformed sphere of the ten Buddhas. The Padmagarbha-adorned ocean of worlds has three types: (1) although the Padmagarbha world fills the dharmadhātu, manifesting increases and decreases according to the capacities of bodhisattvas above the bhūmis, it is provisionally located at the summit of the form realm, expounding only one world; (2) regarding this Padmagarbha that fills the dharmadhātu, ten are spoken to reveal inexhaustibility, meaning inexhaustible Padmagarbhas each and every one filling the dharmadhātu; (3) miscellaneous worlds like tree shapes each have a Padmagarbha, all resembling that realm and fully pervading the dharmadhātu, each having tenfold inexhaustible inexhaustibility. Among these three, the first is distinguished according to the One Vehicle of shared teaching; the latter two are revealed according to the distinct teaching. Now in this text, because the Padmagarbha is distinguished based on the Mount Sumeru world, its wind disks and water disks also resemble that, in order to make it easy to believe and understand, and accomplished by sealing capacities.
