Third, the Indra's net samādhi: therein are four verses, divided into three. First, two lines indicate the samādhi gate: about to manifest the lands of Indra's net, one first enters Indra's concentration. Second, explaining its karmic function, wherein are two: first, manifesting within a single dust mote; second, analogizing all dust motes. Third, the latter two lines conclude with the concentration upon which it relies. Although the principle and pattern of dharmadhātu conditioned arising are always naturally so, it is through the bodhisattva's power of undisturbed wisdom that it is manifested; hence it is called "power of mastery." That it is also named "liberation" refers to the inconceivable liberation, because of being free from all obstructions, as expounded below at the end of the "Chapter on the Inconceivable" where there are ten kinds—namely, within a single dust mote manifesting the Buddha deeds of the three times, and so forth. Alternatively, the upper line is the power of concentration and liberation is the power of wisdom, because being undisturbed is concentration and unimpeded functioning is liberation.
