6.81

四業用者，依《攝論》有二種：一思擇力，能伏一切正行等所對治障令不起；二修習力，能令一切善行堅固決定。

Fourth, regarding karmic function: according to the Mahāyānasaṃgraha there are two kinds: first, the power of reflective consideration, which can subdue the obstacles that counteract all correct practices and the like, preventing them from arising; second, the power of cultivation, which can make all wholesome practices solid and definite.
