First, explaining the name: what is indestructible is called 'real' (bhūta); what is without difference is called 'such' (tathatā). The former is not altered by the four marks; the latter's essence is without distinction—this is in terms of the initial teaching. Furthermore, what does not change is called 'real'; what accords with conditions is called 'such'. Due to the former meaning, it is not one with conditioned dharmas; due to the latter meaning, it is not different from conditioned dharmas. These two meanings combined into one dharma are named 'bhūtatathatā' (zhenru).
