9.13

上來第二依本開末竟，自下第三會末歸本。言是諸入者，牒上九入。為校量等者，顯其無別之別，謂寄地上乃至佛地校量地智差別次第轉勝之相，非謂根本入中亦如此等行布次第決定差別，是故融末歸本顯無二矣。前依本起末明無別之別，今會末歸本明別而無別故也。

The second [gate] above, unfolding the branches based on the root, is concluded. From here down is the third [gate], integrating the branches back into the root. The phrase 'these various entries' takes up the nine entries above. 'To deliberate and measure, etc.' reveals the distinctions within non-distinction: lodging above the bhūmis and up to the Buddha stage, one deliberates and measures the characteristics of the progressive superiority of the distinctions in the wisdom of the bhūmis; it does not mean that within the fundamental entry there are also such fixed distinctions of sequential arrangement. Therefore, integrating the branches back into the root reveals that they are non-dual. Previously, arising branches based on the root clarified the distinctions within non-distinction; here, integrating the branches back into the root clarifies that they are non-distinct yet distinct.
