第二有無者，唯第二會不入三昧，以所表法未成位故；餘會所表法位成故。若依海印，諸會通有。

Second, presence and absence: only the second assembly does not enter samādhi, because the dharma it expresses has not yet formed a stage; whereas the dharmas expressed in the other assemblies have formed stages. If according to the sāgara-mudrā[-samādhi], it is present across all assemblies.
