第三會有六品：一〈佛昇須彌頂品〉、二〈菩薩雲集說偈品〉、三〈菩薩十住品〉、四〈梵行品〉、五〈初發心菩薩功德品〉、六〈明法品〉。

In the third assembly there are six chapters: first, the Chapter on the Buddha Ascending to the Peak of Mount Sumeru; second, the Chapter on the Bodhisattvas Assembling Like Clouds and Chanting Verses; third, the Chapter on the Bodhisattvas' Ten Abodes; fourth, the Chapter on Pure Conduct; fifth, the Chapter on the Merits of the Bodhisattva's Initial Generation of the Mind; sixth, the Chapter on Clarifying the Dharma.
