第五會有三品：一〈佛昇兜率天宮品〉、二〈菩薩說偈品〉、三〈金剛幢菩薩迴向品〉。

In the fifth assembly there are three chapters: first, the Chapter on the Buddha Ascending to the Tuṣita Deva Palace; second, the Chapter on the Bodhisattvas Chanting Verses; third, the Chapter on the Bodhisattva Vajradhvaja's Dedication.
